Turning around a bad day at work

wikiHow offers some tips to help you turn around a bad day at work.

  1. Accept your bad mood.
  2. Tell others.
  3. Look inside first.
  4. Remember the good stuff.
  5. Let it pass.
  6. Take some quiet time.

Good medicine.  I’d also suggest staying off the coffee (caffeine is not good for your mood) and making sure that you drink plenty of water.  Also, if you feel that things are getting on top of you, it might be time for a few early nights or even a short break.
