How to wake up without an alarm clock

Interesting article on wikiHow on how to wake up without an alarm clock.

There are three techniques outlined:

  • Get into a rhythm
  • Use your senses
  • Set your mental alarm clock

The technique I use is the mental alarm clock one – this has worked flawlessly for me for years.

Alternatively, I prefer using a light alarm clock rather than a screaming one – I use the Lumie Bodyclock Advanced and find it a great way to wake up.
