How to wake up wthout an alarm clock

There are three techniques outlined:
- Get into a rhythm
- Use your senses
- Set your mental alarm clock
The technique I use is the mental alarm clock one – this has worked flawlessly for me for years.
Alternatively, I prefer using a light alarm clock rather than a screaming one – I use the Lumie Bodyclock Advanced and find it a great way to wake up.
